Hey!
We're looking for a talented IT Project Manager to help us build beautiful e-commerce projects. If you're keen to work for the world's best e-commerce brands and bring their vision to life this role is for you!
What we do
Since 2019, we’ve worked with brands like Lady Gaga, Carhartt WIP, Magda Butrym and Rolex, and collaborated with designers from Pentagram, ex-Tesla, and ex-Apple.
We're focused entirely on eCommerce, and our goal is simple: to be one of the best eCommerce tech teams in the world.

What it’s really like to work here
At Commerce-UI, we trust each other’s judgment and take pride in our craft. Everyone here owns their work - not because someone expects it, but because we care about what we build and the people we build it with.
We believe in high standards and flexibility, and we back that with real autonomy from day one. You’ll quickly see how we operate: fast, focused, and with a lot of trust that everyone knows what they’re doing.
We don’t rely on layers of management or rigid playbooks. Instead, we collaborate closely, share context openly, and help each other grow. Things move quickly, but that’s part of the fun - it’s how we learn, adapt, and ship meaningful products for iconic brands.
If you value ownership, clarity, and a team that believes in mutual trust and high craftsmanship, you’ll feel right at home with us.
What you'll do
- Manage software development projects from planning through delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication, expectations, and requirements.
- Plan and prioritize work, facilitate team meetings, and help remove blockers.
- Identify project risks, manage timelines, and keep projects on track.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Set up and maintain Jira Software and improve project management processes when needed.
- Support internal operations, including office coordination, company events, and occasional administrative tasks.
- Occasionally conduct non-technical screening interviews as part of the hiring process.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience managing software development projects, ideally in a software house or agency.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a remote environment.
- Ability to gather client requirements and translate them into epics and high-level user stories.
- Experience with Jira Software and other project management tools.
- Attention to detail and a good eye for product quality and user experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with e-commerce projects.
- Technical background.
- Understanding of UX fundamentals.
